These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OneKeep. By using OneKeep, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
OneKeep is provided to help users store, organize, and manage passwords and other sensitive information. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
3. Zero-Knowledge Encryption
OneKeep is designed as a zero-knowledge password manager. You are responsible for safeguarding your master password, recovery information, and access credentials.
If you lose access credentials required to decrypt your vault, OneKeep may not be able to recover your encrypted data.
4. User Responsibilities
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, or use OneKeep in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
If paid features are offered, subscription terms, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information will be presented before purchase and may also be subject to the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider.
7. Account Deletion and Termination
You may request deletion of your account from within the OneKeep application. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneKeep is provided without warranties of any kind. OneKeep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OneKeep after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
