1. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, authentication provider information, device information, app usage information, diagnostics, crash reports, and support-related information.

2. Encrypted Vault Data

OneKeep is designed as a zero-knowledge password manager. Vault contents are encrypted before they are stored or synchronized. OneKeep is not intended to access, read, or recover the contents of your encrypted vault.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, synchronize encrypted data, improve reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information, including encryption in transit, secure infrastructure, access controls, monitoring, and operational security practices.

5. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion directly from the OneKeep application by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

When an account is deleted, associated account data and encrypted vault data are deleted according to OneKeep's retention policy. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, compliance, or operational purposes.
