Users can request account deletion directly from the OneKeep application by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

When an account is deleted, associated account data and encrypted vault data are deleted according to OneKeep’s retention policy. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, compliance, or operational purposes.
